Whether you are looking to start a career as a Barista and Cook, even in Bartending, we cover it all. But it does not stop here at Barleybean. If you planning to owning your own coffee business, right from Business consulting, to lease negotiations, training, designing, construction till the day you open, we offer business consulting to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Barista Training:
If you own a café, or are planning to open a coffee shop, then BarleyBean is the facility to have your baristas trained. Our classes include: brewing methods; use of coffee equipment in relation to brewing methods, extracting the perfect espresso shot, and creating beautiful latte art. We also teach trainees to prepare a number of drinks to establish consistency.

Roasting:
We offer 40 hours of roasting classes at our new Roasting facility, currently under construction. However, our master roaster, Ryan Mosler, can still cover all the elements of becoming a successful roaster, from picking the right beans, roast profiles, understanding green coffee, seed to cup, single origins, blends, and coffee purchasing. Each participant is able to conduct their own roasts in order to practice and evaluate the quality of roasts. In addition, consuming( or if you choose not to consume the coffee)copious amounts of coffee through cupping various samples, and having fun. Please contact us for pricing and scheduling.

Cupping:
We strongly believe that a good cupper is a good roaster and highly recommend taking our cupping class prior to roasting. We offer great exposure to the best coffees, how to cup, and cover creation of blends through the dry and wet profiles.
